Five whole inches of deliciousness. Meet King Kong, Big Bubba or maybe The Brittney. A very ambitious day of shooting. We are creating three burgers that have double patties. It takes around 35 minutes to create one patty. Tom makes four individual patties for each of these burgers. That's seven hours of burger creation alone. Not to mention all the ingredient prep work and of course the sandwich sculpting. Job well done.
